We totally get it sometimes things don’t work out! That’s why we offer easy online returns for eligible items.
🔁 Need to Exchange Something or return?
No stress! Just have your order number and email address handy, you’ll find your order number in your confirmation email.
📦 Return Information
- Returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags and packaging attached

Final sale / clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
- Please include a copy of your original invoice inside the return parcel.
- Returns can be tracked via the Australia Post website using the tracking number provided.
We aim to process all returns within 2–4 business days of receiving your parcel. You’ll be notified by email once your return has been processed.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@cosmiccanine.com before submitting a return online.
💳 Store Credit
- Returns are issued as store credit in the form of a gift card.
- Gift cards have no expiry and can be used at any time.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Purchased with AfterPay? Your AfterPay payments will continue as scheduled, and your store credit will be issued for the full amount of the item(s) returned (excluding shipping). You’ll essentially be paying off the gift card instead of the items.
🚫 Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
- In rare cases, a replacement may be provided if a product is found to be faulty or not in working condition within a reasonable period of time. This will be assessed case-by-case.
