🐾 Product Information & Sizing

• You confirm you have measured your dog and reviewed the size chart for each item, as sizing may vary between products.
• Cosmic Canine is not responsible for sizing issues.
• Please refer to the sizing guides or email us with your pup’s neck and chest measurements before purchasing.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on products like ID tags

 🚚 Shipping & Dispatch

We’re a small business please allow:

•  1–6+ business days, for domestic dispatch
•  2–5 business days for international dispatch
•  5–12 business days during launch periods or sales
  

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are out of our control and subject to the carrier’s terms, particularly Australia Post.

Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped together once all items are available. 

Need something sooner? Please place a separate order.

Incorrect address? If your parcel is returned to us, you’ll need to pay for redelivery.

If you authorise your parcel to be left unattended, Cosmic Canine is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur.

💫 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please refer to our full Returns & Exchange Policy

• No refunds or exchanges for change of mind
• Items marked as final clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
• All returns must be in original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• If a return is marked as “Return to Sender,” a fee will be charged to cover our postage account costs.
• Refunds will be issued as a store credit (gift card) equal to the purchase price at the time of order. Store credits never expire!
• If you return an item purchased on sale and wish to re-purchase it after the sale ends, you may be required to pay the full price.
• We do not offer price adjustments if a product goes on sale after your purchase.
  

🎨 Colour Accuracy Disclaimer

We do our best to display our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly due to:

• Fabric changes or dye batches
• Lighting conditions
• Your screen settings
• For the most accurate look, check our flat lay images on a white background in natural lighting.
• Cosmic Canine is not responsible for colour discrepancies between screen and actual product.

🌍 International Orders

International buyers are responsible for all import duties and taxes

If you refuse to pay and the parcel is returned to us, you’ll be charged for any fees or return shipping costs we incur.
